Iwata: Wii has died down, no ‘drastic’ difference between Wii U and Xbox 720 and PS4, consoles are ‘parasites’

In a recent Q&A with investors, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata discussed a variety of things regarding the Wii U. He assured that the console won’t be like the Wii in terms of not having any multiplatform games, and believes that the Wii U won’t have a “drastic” difference in graphics compared to the Xbox 720 or PlayStation 4. He also admitted that the Wii’s “momentum” has died down, and thinks that game consoles are TV “parasites.”
